Simon Flanagan

Mr. Flanagan is a trained biochemist with extensive experience across various sectors of the food industry. He currently serves as a Research Fellow in Global Food Safety at Mondelēz International. With a comprehensive understanding of biological and chemical contaminants, he is a qualified HACCP practitioner and consultant. He is recognized as a global expert in food allergies and allergens, representing toxicology for the MEU and the World-Wide HACCP team. Mr. Flanagan is a member of several professional organizations, including ILSI Europe, and has published numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals, along with a reference book in 2014.
