She has 25 years’ experience in food allergen analytical chemistry. She has worked in several European institutions and has led several national and EU-funded projects. She has co-authored nearly 100 peer-reviewed papers, was a member of the AOAC-US Panel for food allergen method validation, and was Vice-President of MoniQA.
