PhD Anton Alldrick

He obtained a BSc in biochemistry and PhD in pharmacy from the University of London. Before his retirement in 2021, he was a Special Projects Manager at Campden BRI, which he joined in 1990 after working in laboratories based in the United Kingdom, United States and Switzerland. He has over 40 years postdoctoral world wide experience, including as a research biochemist, regulatory toxicologist, food safety management systems consultant, policy advisor, and trainer. Clients have included national governments, transnational authorities, agri-food businesses (SME’s to multi-nationals) and legal firms. Anton is the author/co-author of over 100 papers in the scientific and technical press.
