For many years, this conference, organized by Die Akademie Fresenius, has been the perfect platform for bringing together the scientific, industrial and regulatory communities, dealing with the assessment of pesticide residues in food. This is the fourth, biannual one-day meeting on the Advances in Chemical Analysis of Food, to be held at Burlington house on Friday 26th April 2024.  This meeting is jointly arranged by the food and separation science interest groups. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss, share and celebrate the application of separation sciences to food.

IAFP's European Symposium on Food Safety is scheduled to take place 30 April - 2 May 2024 in Geneva, Switzerland. IAFP is a leading food safety conference in Europe with an expected attendance of more than 400 participants from across Europe and around the world.

The 11th International Conference on Food Safety and Health, which will be held in Barcelona, Spain, on May 09–10, 2024, will have as its theme “ “Safer Food, Better Health”.

This flagship conference from the joint FAO/IAEA centre for nuclear techniques in food and agriculture will include a core module on food authenticity and fighting food fraud:  - Methods and systems to support food authenticity and combat food fraud; -  Isotopic and elemental analysis for food authenticity and verification of production and geographical origin - Field-deployable methods to check food authenticity at the point of contact; - Promotion of food authenticity for food safety and to improve nutrition.

The program will focus on the market, current trends, investments, and collaboration opportunities.
